Final Bushfire Donation Amount

Recently demonstrators across Australia and New Zealand participated in an appeal with Stampin' Up! ® resulting in a huge donation made to the Red Cross Victorian Bushfire Appeal. This was made possible by generous donation from Stampin' Up! of 50% of the retail sales of

10 chosen stamp sets during February and March.

Official post by Stampin' Up!: In mid-February, we launched the Bushfire Appeal in response to the tragedy that affected so many lives in Victoria and across Australia. We're pleased to announce that with the sales of the Bushfire Appeal sets,

our final donation amount to the

Australian Red Cross Bush fires 2009 Appeal will be $77,889.63!

A huge thank you to all the customers who supported this very worthy appeal.

I am sure you will have a great time using your new stamp sets, knowing you have helped in a huge way the families affected by the Victorian Bush fires.

Catalogue Launch ~ Carina April 2009

The big day... the launch of the

NEW 2009-2010 Idea book and catalogue!

As the crowd drew in of over 100 keen stampers ready to get their copy of the new catalogue and hands on some of the lovely new products it has to offer... the excitement heightened!

Carina Leagues Club was the venue for our Catalogue Launch held on Sat 4th April. We had 115 attend the day, all receiving their own copy of the NEW Catalogue, a Colour Chart of the NEW In-Colour range, TWO lovely make and takes with the new in colours, their name in our great door prizes, the chance to snap up a bargain on the Rubber Rummage table of retired stamp sets, and first glimpses of NEW displays made from new products in the 09-10 catalogue...

while they waited for their allocated time for their make and takes.

Wish lists began as the browsing went on.....

The day was a really huge success!

As the event came to an end, the demonstrators stayed back for dinner and a drink, always fun times when in the company of the Paper Angels...

Sylvia Hodgson was the lucky winner of the Stampin' Stack & Store. For every $50 customers ordered on the day, they received a ticket in the draw. Below is Sylvia collecting her prize from my place... It seems my Island customers have the winning touch!
